PASSION IN THE PARK

LIVE Interactive drama

Come share the love story of the Passion of the Christ with your family, your children, your grandchildren and friends. Come see what the one sent from Heaven has done. It didn't end with the crucifixion ...for HE IS RISEN....HE IS RISEN INDEED! Fall in love with Jesus as you are surrounded with this emotional retelling of the life of Christ, from His humble birth to His triumphant ascension. Passion in the Park is an interactive non-denominational community performed drama of the Easter Story. It is open to everyone in the community and is Free of charge. The actors are volunteers who have collaboratively come together, from Terre Haute and neighboring communities, as one brotherhood for the purpose of sharing the message of God's son, Jesus Christ. This drama interactively walks you, the participant from the time when Jesus walked this earth through the events that led up to the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. It captures the intense emotional journey made by the disciples and the awe-struck men and women who witnessed His teaching, His miracles, His suffering, and His triumphant resurrection as you are led from scene to scene experiencing it for yourselves accompanied by a guide.

We invite you to re-live the events that altered our world forever; experience it for yourself and celebrate Jesus! The drama starts in the area located across from the playground and ends at the amphitheater. The performance lasts about 45 minutes. Be prepared to walk from scene to scene on a variety of surfaces. Limited seating is available at each scene for those who cannot stand for any length of time. "This show contains scenes that some viewers may find disturbing". Refreshments (courtesy of nightly sponsors and Covenant Cooperative Ministries) and time of fellowship will follow each performance.
